Then duplicate 4 times and space out the rectangles evenly (or objects - distribute - space evenly horizontally) . Hide your background layer and Merge visible.

step2a

Duplicate the merged layer 3 times. Now you will have 4 layers . Rename each layer: Layer 1, layer 2...ETC.

step3

Then hide all of your layers except layer 1 using your magic wand (set at tolerence set at 0 and feather at 0 ) click the inside of the FIRST rectangle.

Go to effects - texture effects  - blinds - and using these settings:

Then Deselect (ctrl + d), Hide your layer and Select your 2nd layer and click on the 2nd rectangle with the magic wand. Then using the same settings. Do this to all your layers moving along a rectangle each layer.

Unhide layer 3 and duplicate. And then Arrange - Move to top. Do the same with layer 2. Rename these layers : layer 5 and Layer 6 so you Should have this On your layer palette:

step5

Hide all layers except layer 1.Copy layer 1 and free rotate the copy 90 degrees and lower the opacity to 10 and move down to above your background. Floodfill your
background. Floodfill your background white. and Hide layer 1. Merge - merge visible.

step6

Open your tube And Resize If needed (I resized by 90%). Copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate the tube layer again and drop the opacity of the copy to 16 and duplicate the copy. Unhide layer one and Move the two tube copies so that they peek between the rectangles. Move the original copy of the tube to the top of your tube layers. And move in to place.
