Paint Shop Pro ~ I am using 7 any other versions will work
Font Of Choice; Broadway is a paid font and can be downloaded DeFont.com
Mask of choice; I am using grungemask_1 from Boundless Bliss, Here
No plugins Required
Tube of choice ~ a Zindy LicenseFree Tube Here
(All other Zindy Tubes require a License)

Let's Begin

Open up Template, Save as new filename
Delete layer 1
Select a Red Paper from your scrap kit for your Large Heart and fill
Select a matching Red colour for your small Heart and Fill
Add a couple of layers below the Heart

On the bottom Layer Flood fill White and the other
new Layer flood fill with the Colour from your Tube or one of the Papers
Now add your add your Mask;
Go to layers, load mask, load from disk,
Select your mask.

Select the Rectangle Frame and Colour Red to match your hearts
Using the magic Wand Select inside the Rectangle Frame Back
Open your Tube and Crop to fit (261x362 approx) rotate Right 12
Paste into Selection

Add a Layer beneath your Small Heart and above your Frames
Add 2x Flowers of your choosing and arrange at the side of your picture frame,
hiding the stems under the small heart.

Copy and paste your Butterfly, Bows and Flowers etc

Add a Drop Shadow to Each Element; H2,V2, Opacity 30, Blur 3
Using your magic wand select the LOVED Wordart and flood fill matching Red
I used a Paper from the kit
Add a Drop Shadow to the Wrodart; H2,V2, Opacity 30, Blur 3
Add your name in the Colour of your choosing
Add a Drop Shadow to Each Element; H2,V2, Opacity 30, Blur 3
