As so:





 Now using your preset shape draw a circle around the outside of the biggest frame And add a new raster layer.



Now Add your quote of choice around the circle. Once our happy with it. Convert the text to a raster layer. Then Delete the extra raster
and the vector circle.Move the text circle down under your tube layer.



Now using your circle preset shape again and with your foreground set at #bfd2f9 and your background set at #5782d5
Draw a circle under all the layers to fit behind the largest circle frame. And Convert to raster layer and apply the filter
with these settings:



Once you have done that drop the Opacity of that layer to 79.  Now Open the denim Flower tube and resize to 30%. Useing your taget brush set
it to a colour that works for your tube. I used #ad3f60 And change the colour of the flower.
Copy and Paste the flower tube onto your canvass and duplicate 8 times.Hide your tube and then move the flowers round evenly on the smaller frame.



Merge all the flowers down till they are all on one layer. Now unhide your tube and apply a drop shaddow to all the layes EXCEPT your font circle.


Now rehide your tube layer and Merge visable. Resize the merged layer by 90% making sure the resize all layers is unchecked.Move your image up on
the canvas creating a space underneath for your name.
Now open your alphas and select the letters for your name. Resize by 45% and copy and paste them onto the canvas.Once again using your target tool.
Colour every second letter.Merge the letters together and Add the drop shaddow used before.





Add a raster layer under the main frame and flood fill white.  Unhide tube and add your copywrite info.


Then merge all. Crop off the extra Canvas and resize and save as a Jpeg and we are done!
