This Tutorial was made by me (Prettybub). Using Paint shop pro X. Likeness to any other is purely by chance.

Font Of choice - I used 2peas barefoot professor Which Is a pay font so Unfortunately I cant share.
DSB Flux- Bright noise.
Lets get started!
Open up a New canvas 500x 500, Flood fill white. Open up the scrap kit and open
Papers 8 and 9 and all three element sets.
Resize the papers by 65%- copy and paste paper 8onto your canvas. Add the mask and merge group.
Lower the Opacity to 28 and add DSb flux-Bright noise with the following settings:
Now Go to paper 9 -promote background layer and using your preset tool width set to 35
background set at null. Draw a large circle and Convert to raster layer.
Select all - float - defloat - invert and with the paper layer highlighted hit delete.
Select none and delete the circle and copy and paste the paper copy onto your canvas(resize if needed).
Now center over the mask layer.
Now draw another Circle FG set at #8B4D1D and diamond - width set at 12
Add the Same DSB flux settings as above.
Duplicate the darker circle. Mover slightly off center and add- Gaussian blur set 10 and lower opacity to about 33.
Copy and paste your tube of choice and resize. Position in the desired place.(see example)
Opening The elements Copy and paste the flowers and resize them by 50%. Place them as shown :
Opening the sheet with the scraptag and button copy and paste them onto your tag. Resize by 75% .
Free rotate your tag layer right 25.00 Degrees to the right.
Copy and past the bow of your choice and resize if needed. Drag down the layers so that the two smaller
brown flowers cover the ends of the bow.
Add a drop shadow. V-1 , H-1,o-70 B-3. Colour #404040 To your tube and elements.
Copy and paste the word art on to the tag. Add any copyright info needed. Add your name (#3e2524to match colours) to the
scraptag. Merge all layers . Save and we are done!
