First you will need to put your preset shape into your preset shape folder
Pick the tube you would like to use and open it and minimize in PSP
Open a new Image in PSP 600 x 600 making sure transparent is clicked on
Flood fill this layer white duplicate 4 times naming them White 1,2 etc.. Then create NRL (new raster layer)
Click
onto preset shape and find the Window shape you downloaded. Now make
the foreground clour and the background colour both black. Create your
shape onto the raster layer with these settings --->anti-alis
checked--->Create as vector checked--->width 4
Then go
to Objects--->Align--->center in canvas. I also moved it to
the left so my tube didn't cover the whole window. Feel free to move as
best suits your tube. Now Select none--->create as
raster--->Add drop shadow with these settings V-2 H-2 O-34 B-3--->Duplicate 4 x's and name
them Window 1,2 etc...
SAVE your work NRL--->
paste you tube as new selection onto this layer. Place it where you
feel it would fit best. Resize only this layer by 90% or what you
feel would fit best. Leaving room for text later on. Add drop shadow
with same settings Duplicate 4 times and rename tube1,2,etc..
Your layers should look like this now

NRL--->Now
click on to your floodfill tool and go to your foreground colour. I
used a colour from my tube. Click onto texture and pick a texture
that you like. I used these settings-->angel 45--->Scale 50 Then
click ok.
View only one of your windows layers. Click onto
your shift key and then the inside of the window using your magic wand
(from your selction tool) for each window. Now go
to Slections--->Modify-->expand Expand by 5, click ok.
Now go to your empty rater layer and view only this layer. Click
onto the flood fill tool again and fill each section up. I
flooded it twice so it wasn't too transparent. Select None. Move
this layer under your tube layer and you guessed it duplicate by
4 :teeth and rename them background 1,2, etc.. Create NRL.
SAVE your workCreate
a new image 450 x 450. Create 3 raster layers. Flood fill the 1st
black. The second place your brush art and use a colour from your tube.
I made my own to suit my tube. If you'd like it PM me and I'll try to
get it to you. Place your tube into the last layer. I had to resize my
tube to 80% to fit. Merge all these layers. Now copy this image.
Go
back to your original image. View only one of the windows layers. Once
again using the magic wand and the shift button, click onto each
window. Selections--->Modify--->expand by
4. Click ok and 'view only' your empty raster layer.
Paste the image you copied into selection. Select None. Place
this raster under your tube layers. Now duplicate (yes I said the
D word ) 4 times and rename them Puzzle 1,2 etc...
Your Image should now look like this if your viewing all
Save your workCreate
NRL for you text. Open the Karate text you downloaded or the one
you want to use and click onto the text tool and change the direction
on it to go down (it should be the middle one). Also go to "create as"
and change it to vector. Now put your text in and move to the right of
your tube. Convert to raster layer. I fiddled with it and moved the
letters around my tube..one at a time. You can also place your
copyright here and anything other text you'd like. Add drop
shadow. I used V-2 H-1 O-60 B-3. It made the letters 'PoP'.
Also once again duplicate 4 times and naming them text 1,2 etc...
Go
to Puzzle 5. View this layer only. Go to
Effects--->Plugins--->Xenofex 2--->Puzzle Click onto the
"make knockouts transparent" button. Also put 10 in the columns area to
the left. Like the pic below:

Now
click 4 times onto the Knockout 10% button. Click ok. Got to puzzle
4. Same plugin only this time, restore all pieces and click
the knockout button 3 times. View only puzzle 3, restore
all pieces and click the knockout button 2 times. View only Puzzle 2
and once agian restore all pices and click onto the knockout button
once. Lastly Puzzle 1 click onto the restore all pieces button and then
ok.
