This tutorial was written by me, NaughtiAngel, on 20th April 2008.

This is what we will be making,

Supplies

You will need PSP & Animation Shop

Tube of choice

. I've used the gorgeous work of Suzanne Woolcott you can purchase her tubes HERE but this tut really does work with loads of different tubes!

Mask by Becky

Font of Choice. I used TheNautiGal

Let's Begin!

Open a 500px by 500px canvas and flood with white
Add a new Raster
Open your chosen tube in psp and pick a colour dark or brights seem to work better.
Flood your new layer
Apply mask with these settings

Right click on the layer palette and merge group
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Change the blend mode to either screen or overlay which every looks best.
Layers - Merge all layers
Copy and paste to Animation shop
Effects - Insert Image Effect with these settings

Scroll back and delete the first frame.
Go Back to psp

Grab your elispe tool.
Set up with these settings
Null your Fill colour (keep the stroke colour the same as you used to flood canvas with earlier) and drag out a circle on your canvas. When your happy with the size and placement convert to raster.

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise with these settings

Copy and paste into Animation Shop as a new image

Go back to psp and undo the noise.

ReApply the noise (Its random so it'll come up different) and copy and paste this one after current frame

Back to psp and repeat.

Now you should have a 3 frame noisy circle animation

Click your propogate paste button

Select all your frames on both you mask background and your noisy circles

Drag your first frame of your noisy circle into your first frame of your mask animation

It should go into all six frames!

Back to psp

Copy and paste your tube and add a little drop shadow.

Add your name and copyrights(I added a little white glow with Eye Candy Gradient Glow)

Now hide your mask and circle layers

Edit - Copy Merged and paste as new animation in Animation shop

Drag it into the first frame of your mask/circle background

Test your animation and save!!!
